A Commodity shipping property can be used to provide shipment evaluation or success criteria. Codes or evaluation criteria can be entered in Master data for Commodities, under Properties, using the property type Shipping property.
If a Shipping Property has been entered on a commodity, two new fields will display on a Purchase or Sale delivery form. The field with the shipping property is called Delivery evaluation. You can also provide an evaluation comment in a new text field called Evaluation details.
You can then select one commodity property value for the delivery line in the execution section of a delivery. Note that only one value may be selected.
If there are NO commodity properties entered with a property type of “Shipping property”, the two Delivery evaluation fields will not display on a delivery record.
Note: Agiblocks will only use/display one commodity property in the execution section of a delivery. If more than one commodity property is entered with a Shipping property type, Agiblocks will only show the Commodity property located in Position 1 in the Execution section on a delivery.
