Markets Premiums and Impact on Mark to Market

From version 3.18.0 onward, if no market premium value is entered for a Position, no calculation is done for the Market Value in the Mark to Market screen and an N/A indicator is shown in the Mark to Market details screen.    As a consequence, the contract P&L also becomes N/A.

In order to remove the Mark to Market impact due to this, a 0 will need to be inserted for the positions with empty market premiums. This will then use the 0 value for Premiums.
