For each Internal company, contracts can be assigned a logistics user when you have the Edit logistics/Can own logistics work permission assigned. This permission is found in the Logistics/Reservations section on the permissions screen.
These users are then listed on a contract for selection. It is not required to assign a logistics user on a contract. Once a contract is assigned a logistics user, each delivery line in that contract is then also assigned to that logistics user.
