Nomination / Declaration Support in Reservations

Top  Previous  Next

The specifications in a contract may have product specifications that are left open or for which multiple choices are mentioned, like color or grade. These may be marked Buyer's Option or Seller's Option, which means it’s the buyer’s decision, or at the discretion of the seller. These options are called Nominations because the decision maker (buyer or seller whose option it is) can nominate or select which specifications are chosen.

In Reservations, users can edit lots that have a specification aspect that can still be set. An Edit button will appear on lots where this is possible.

Select the Edit button to bring up an edit box within the Reservation window.
From here, a specification aspect can be selected and saved to the lot record.

If a specification has been set on a lot, Agiblocks allows you to revert the lot back to the specification aspect originally available on the contract. This is done by selecting the Revert button.
After reverting back to the contract specifications, the lot record may be edited and a new specification set by selecting the Edit button.
