Market Value and Estimated Price Change Impact on Accruals

Fair Value accruals are replaced when market values and estimated prices are updated.  The previous Fair Value accruals are reversed (posting profiles ending in _REV) and new Fair Value accruals are generated using new market or estimated prices.
