A lot form has the full portion number followed by the lot number, quantity and commodity at the top of the form.
The Status section displays general information about the lot including the current lot quantity. Counterparty, purchase contract and purchase delivery information is found in the Purchase section followed by Warehouse information in the section at the bottom.
