Inventory Lots

Inventory is referenced as Inventory lots.  Inventory lots use warrant numbers for identification.

Starting in Agiblocks 3.31.15, a user has the option to input a sub-warrant number on a lot being created from a delivery.  Then Agiblocks will use this specific sub-warrant number instead of automatically using the warrant number plus a number for a lot number.

Inventory lots can also be created by splitting an inventory lot into 2 or more lots. When lots are split, a warrant number must be entered for the new split-off portion, so each lot has its own warrant number.

Note: There is no guarantee of uniqueness when entering a warrant number. If the same warrant number is used twice, 2 lots could have the same number.
