Futures Entry with Period Closure Enabled

If closing periods has been enabled, entering futures is only possible for trade dates in an Open or New period. Uploading Futures as a file (broker statement) will only succeed if all trade dates are within Open periods. If a file contains one or more items that are not within an Open period, the entire file will be refused.

Note: If there are no periods defined for the trade date of a future (neither closed nor open), it will not be possible to upload or manually entered that future trade. The reporting period must first be created in Master data and set to status Open.
