A financing number is automatically generated for each financing record created. Once a financing record is saved, this number is displayed in the lists on the Collaterals tab and on the relevant deliveries.
Next to this Financing number, there there is the Financing reference provided by the bank. As this Financing reference number may not be available when creating the financing record, the Financing reference number field may initially be left empty and entered later.
Users may search on this financing number in the Collaterals screen by using either free text search or using the search phrase financing-number.
