Customizing Pricing Confirmation Emails

The Agiblocks system comes with a default layout for a pricing confirmation.  When sent, this layout is converted into an HTML formatted email. The information that appears on the pricing confirmation screen is sent in the email.

 

Pricing Confirmation Templates

It is possible to modify the default format of the pricing confirmation emails using an Agiblocks Document template. This template can then be formatted to contain specific company information or only certain pricing information.  The information is still sent out as an HTML formatted email.

 

Note: Only one pricing confirmation document template is supported.  The same document is used by all internal companies.

Pricing Confirmations Sent as PDF File Attachments

If a pricing confirmation template is used, an Agiblocks system may be configured to send pricing confirmations out as PDF formatted file attachments.  The pricing confirmation template will be used to create the PDF file attachment.

 

This is an optional feature that can be enabled by contacting Agiboo consulting or Agiboo Support.  Once enabled, all pricing confirmations will then be sent as PDF attachments.
