Create Pricing Confirmation

When a pricing is done or a full pricing is done, the Create Pricing Confirmation button will appear.  When selected, this will create a price confirmation record in the Pricing confirmation screen.  

 

Note: Normally, price confirmations are always created automatically when a new pricing is done.   But you may still want to create and send a new price confirmation when nothing was changed. For example:

 

•If price confirmations were archived and you want to send another one.
•You already sent out the price confirmation but the counterparty lost it, or the email address was changed, so you want to sent a new one.

 

Pricing confirmation for pricing with a different settlement currency

If the settlement is in a different currency for a full pricing, the Create Pricing Confirmation button will still be available if the following two conditions are met:

 

1.It is not a ratio contract.
2.Pricing confirmations are configured to use a document template to generate a pricing confirmation instead of the default Pricing confirmation template.  See the Customizing Pricing Confirmation Emails section for more information.
