Agiblocks is set-up to contain an approval work flow based on contract status. This is configured in Contract Status Master data.
A contract's status may determine if it included in certain risk calculations such as Position or Mark to Market.
Editing contract status
A contract's status is displayed under the Contract tab. An initially created contract will usually have a draft status. This status can then be edited if you have contract edit rights and/or approval rights.
| • | Navigate to the Contract tab and select the Edit button on the Contract section. |
| • | Update the status to select another one from the drop-down menu. Choices available will follow a company's approvals process. |
| • | Scroll down and select Save and close. |
| • | The status of the contract is now changed. |
