A contract form is what appears when selecting a contract for viewing. It is composed of 4 tabs that separate contract information into 4 general categories. The tabs are:
Gold - Contract

| • | General section – contract information is at the top followed by groups displaying Seller & Buyer info, Product information, Terms and Pricing and an Extra group which has a box for remarks. |
| • | Document section – This section appears after initial contract information on contract form. Here you select the document language, template and clauses to include in contract document generation. |

Blue - Deliveries

| • | Shows all contract delivery lines and their reservation and/or delivery status. |

Red - Risk
|
| • | Shows pricing, Forex and position information which is then used for Mark to Market, position and other risk related analysis. |

Silver - Costs
|
| • | Shows commodity costing information for each contract delivery line. |
|
A contract tab may have different sections where various contract management functions may be performed.
