Agiblocks treats the Bill of Lading (B/L) as a title document representing goods. It is usually dated from when the goods are loaded and the ship sails from harbor. The Delivery Date (or transaction date) is when ownership of the goods transfers to the customer. When this happens depends on the Incoterms.
