As of version 3.21.0 there has been a change so that if you edit a premium on the contract tab, that new value will then be updated on the Tisk tab. The rules regarding updates are:
• | If you make a change to the premium value on the contract tab, it will update the premium value on Risk tab. |
• | However, if you make a change to the premium on any line in the Risk tab, it will NOT update the Contract tab and the premium on the Contact tab will then be grayed out and you will no longer be able to edit it there. |
• | If you change the Risk tab premium value back to exactly match the premium value in the Contract tab, you can once again edit the Contract tab premium value. |
Example:
• | Create a contract with a contract premium value = 50 The risk tab value will also be 50. |
• | Change the contract tab premium value to 55 and save it. The risk tab value will now also be 55. |
• | Now change the Risk tab premium to be 60 and save it. The contract tab premium remains at 55 and is greyed out, meaning you can no longer change it. |
• | Change the risk tab premium back to 55 and save it. You'll now see that the contract premium value may be edited again. |
