To add a new financing agreement select the Add new record button. An in-line edit box appears.
A Financing agreement record must have a name. An optional description may also be entered. A bank account should be selected from the Bank account drop down list. Select the Insert button to save the Financing agreement. Select the Cancel button to exit the edit box and return to the Financing agreements list.
To edit a Financing agreement, select the Edit button from the record's command line. Make the changes and select the Update button to save the edits.
To delete a Financing agreement, select the Delete button from the record's command line. In the confirmation dialog that appears, select Yes to delete the record.
Note: There is currently no way to retrieve a financing agreement once it has been deleted. |
