For each delivery process, logistic users need to record the progress: which things have been done and which are not yet completed. The relevant events will be different depending on two aspects of the delivery process:
• | The type of delivery end point (purchase, sales, storage, inventory). |
• | The delivery terms in purchase and sales deliveries (CIF, CFR, DDP, etc.). |
Applicable events for purchase and sales deliveries can be configured per delivery term. Per delivery term, a Master data manager can indicate which events are relevant for a purchase and for a sale. Two of those events must be selected as:
