Can I change my contract type (Priced or To be fixed)?

Yes.  A contract type is editable when there are no futures allocated to one of the associated delivery lines.  If there are futures entered, then the contract type field becomes grayed out.  A user must un-allocate the futures to be able to change the contract type.
