Weight Notes Support

Weight Notes functionality allows logistic users to record Weight Note information on a delivery and split or merge portions of a delivery into inventory based on this information. While this process could be done in previous versions, changes to the execution section of a delivery form now make adding Weight note information and splitting lots easier.
