For each delivery process, logistic users need to record the progress: which things have been done and which are not yet completed. The relevant events will be different depending on two aspects of the delivery process:

The type of delivery end point (purchase, sales, storage, inventory).
The delivery terms in purchase and sales deliveries (CIF, CFR, DDP, etc.).

 

Applicable events for purchase and sales deliveries can be configured per delivery term. Per delivery term, a Master data manager can indicate which events are relevant for a purchase and for a sale. Two of those events must be selected as:
