A user with rights to edit invoices may export outgoing and incoming invoice information to Excel. may be exported to Excel. If these rights exist, the Export to Excel button will be shown at the top of the invoice list.
Select the Export to Excel button to begin an Excel file download. Any filters applied will determine which records are exported.
The Excel export will contain the following information:
